In a tweet made earlier on Saturday, Trump stated the US agreements with North Korea have failed from last 25 years, “making fools of the US negotiators”.
In the pair of tweets, Trump said North Korea has always been violating the agreements. Trump wrote, “Presidents and their administrations have been talking to North Korea for 25 years, agreements made and massive amounts of money paid … hasn’t worked, agreements violated before the ink was dry, makings fools of U.S. negotiators,” Trump wrote. “Sorry, but only one thing will work!”.
When asked what his cryptic tweet actually meant, Trump, replied, “You will figure that out pretty soon”.
Sarah Sander, White House press secretary told CNN that all the options are still on the table and that there is nothing further to add to this at this time.
It’s not the first time that Trump has taken its disagreement about North Korea’s performance on social media and about the country’s continued development of ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons.
Trump even didn’t hold back from tweeting when North Korea’s made a UN speech. This is what the tweet said: “Just heard Foreign Minister of North Korea speak at U.N. If he echoes thoughts of Little Rocket Man, they won’t be around much longer!”
